Pursuant to the Agreement, Bitbuy pays referral fees to referral partners based on referred clients opening accounts and depositing funds onto the Bitbuy platform. Bitbuy pays it's referral partners $25-$200 per referred client that deposits funds into an account.
The payment of referral fees to referral partners provides referral partners with a financial incentive to refer you to Bitbuy. This may result in a conflict of interest. To manage this potential conflict of interest, Bitbuy charges referred clients the same fees as other clients and provides a similar level of service. Bitbuy has also instituted other controls to manage this potential conflict of interest.
