Here are some updates we’ve shipped in July.
You asked, we listened! We know these tokens have been long awaited, and we’re super excited to have listed Chainlink and AAVE in July. If you haven’t heard, they are now available to buy, sell, deposit or withdraw on both Express Trade and Pro Trade!
In Express Trade, the buy and sell limit per trade has been increased to $25,000 CAD for Bitcoin and Ethereum, and $10,000 CAD for all other coins.
Notifications are now provide a more contextual message and color. For example, new browser or device verifications are no longer red, and success notifications are now green to avoid any confusions with errors.
Now when you upload documents (for personal or business accounts), it will provide you with the rejection reason if it is rejected by our verifications team, so you have full context of what issues that need to be addressed to re-upload and complete your account verification.
We’ve fixed an issue where the Total Estimated Balance at the top of your Wallets page was showing only your crypto balance but did not include your CAD balances. It now sums up your CAD and crypto available and reserved balances.
The Balance column in the wallet screen has also been updated to include both available and reserved balances.
For completed transactions, you’ll now be able to view the block explorer links in the History screen of the Bitbuy mobile app. Simply go to your Wallets page, and tap the History button on the top right of the screen, then select the Transactions tab to view your transaction history.
